AnMar Properties (formerly Solis Rentals and AnMar & Associates) was originally established in the City of San Fernando in 1970. In January 2010 we moved from our previous location in Sylmar where we had been for over 20 years. We have been managing apartment buildings for over 40 years. 

At AnMar Properties, you can be confident that someone is always on the job.  It is our pledge to every resident that we will respond to your  maintenance request immediately.  Our trained service technician has been with us for over 30 years, therefore you can rest assured your "HOME" is in good and honest hands.
